Pepperell Planning Board Continues Subdivision Rules Hearing to May 20
PEPPERELL — May 1, 2024 — Pepperell Planning Board adjourns a special meeting in under five minutes, deferring its subdivision rules review. The board had convened May 1 solely to continue a public hearing on revised subdivision rules and regulations, but with member Al absent, the chair determined that proceeding would force the board to revisit the same material twice once he returned. "Without Al, there's no sense in us going through this," the chair said. Members Joan and Brian joined the chair in voting unanimously to continue the hearing to May 20, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., the board's next regularly scheduled meeting, and then immediately to adjourn.
