Pepperell Planning Board Endorses Townsend Street Lot Division Plan
PEPPERELL — February 26, 2018 — Pepperell Planning Board unanimously endorses lot division at 22A Townsend Street. The board voted to approve an Approval Not Required plan submitted by Sean T. Shattuck and Daisy Tierney after walking through a full administrative checklist confirming title, surveyor certification, abutters' names, frontage, and lot size requirements were all in order — including a state-mandated designation of Parcel A as a non-building lot and confirmation that all blocks contain at least 30,000 square feet. Planning Administrator Steve and the town engineer had reviewed the application before the meeting and found it compliant. Members also discussed the upcoming launch of Pepperell's community master plan, with the first public session scheduled for Thursday, February 28, at 6:30 p.m.; the board indicated it would cap monthly master plan meetings at 90 minutes and limit public comment to prevent the open-ended sessions that, one member noted, left some other towns "there for hours."
