Pepperell Planning Board Postpones Subdivision Hearing, Awaits Chair's Return

PEPPERELL — April 6, 2024 — Pepperell Planning Board delays subdivision rules hearing after chair misses Saturday session. Acting Chair David Ganong convened the April 6 hybrid meeting but immediately moved to postpone the continued public hearing on the board's proposed subdivision rules and regulations, saying Chair Al Patnod "is the primary driving force and has a lot of granular comments on the document." The three-member board — Ganong, Joan, and Brian — voted unanimously to continue the hearing to the board's next regular meeting on April 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Pepperell Town Hall, where the full board is expected to be present.
