Pepperell Sale Prices Range From $110,000 To $3.3 Million In Late Summer Deeds
Pepperell recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 10 disclosing a sale price ranging from $110,000 to $3.3 million and a median of $507,500. The month's largest transaction was a $3.3 million sale to Main St Pepperell LLC, more than four times the next-highest disclosed sale, 3 Suncook Drive at $676,000. Wheeler Street and Shirley Street each saw two transfers during the period. Six of the 17 recorded transfers moved property from individual owners into family trusts, none disclosing a price. With no prior-month data available for comparison, the dataset alone does not indicate whether the pace was active or quiet.
