Pepperell Sales Span $305,000 To $999,900 As 19 Deeds Record In July

Pepperell recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 15 disclosing a sale price ranging from $305,000 to $999,900 and a median of $517,500. The top sale was 23 Bacon St. at $999,900, followed by 9 Celestial Way at $847,000 and 13 Deerfield Dr. at $780,000. Bacon Street and Brookline Street each had two recorded sales, and two condo units at 103 Main St. also changed hands. All four transfers without a disclosed price were owner-to-family-trust transfers rather than open-market sales. No recorded sale exceeded $1 million during the period.
