Pepperell Board of Selectmen elects Farrellito chair, Greathead clerk after spring election

PEPPERELL — April 25, 2019 — Pepperell Board of Selectmen reorganizes after spring election, seating a new member. The board welcomed newly elected member Margaret Scarsdale at its April 25 meeting before unanimously electing Lisa Farrellito as chair and Bill Greathead as clerk, both by voice vote with no dissent. A brief discussion about whether to assign Scarsdale a formal title produced no action. The board then voted 3-0 by roll call to enter executive session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21A, Clause 2, covering strategy or contract negotiations with non-union personnel, with no return to open session planned.
