Pepperell Conservation Commission Adjourns After Failing to Reach Quorum

PEPPERELL — July 14, 2026 — Pepperell Conservation Commission adjourns without action after only two of six members appear July 14. The body requires four members for a quorum; three commissioners were absent due to personal medical issues, leaving the panel unable to open hearings or conduct any business. All public hearings scheduled for the evening were continued to the commission's next regular meeting on August 4, 2026. A previously scheduled August 18 meeting has been canceled, with no hearings yet assigned to that date.
