Pepperell's Community Preservation Committee preps $348,867 in requests and debates spending deadlines on unspent grants. Resident Craig Hanson, a Charter Commission member, urged trust in the recreation commission's expertise over demands for a town field master plan. The committee unanimously voted to review applications by category at its next meeting.
