Pepperell Home Prices Range Widely as 17 Deeds Recorded Over the Past Month
Pepperell recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only eight carried a listed sale price, ranging from $280,000 to $676,000 with a median of $505,600. The month's top sale was 3 Suncook Drive, which sold for $676,000 on Aug. 26 to James F. Reuther Jr. and Courtney R. Reuther. Nine of the recorded deeds, more than half, involved transfers among family members or into trusts and had no price yet available in registry data. Sales spanned condominium units and single-family homes across multiple streets, with no single street accounting for more than one priced sale.
