Pepperell Conservation Commission Issues Three Wetland Determinations, Two Compliance Certificates

PEPPERELL — June 22, 2021 — Pepperell Conservation Commission approves three negative wetland determinations and hears national deer-study pitch at June 22 meeting. The commission approved a barn and horse-pasture fence at 44 Prescott Street after negotiating a 15-foot wetland buffer — down from the 25 feet required at a 2018 determination for the same property — conditioned on a permanent earthen berm and temporary straw wattles; applicant Anthony Dennis said the site is intended for two horses.
