PEPPERELL -- Eighteen properties changed hands in Pepperell between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $305,000 to $915,000 and a median of $531,250.
MARKET OVERVIEW Eighteen deeds were recorded during the period, a volume that points to steady, ongoing activity in Pepperell's housing market rather than a slowdown. Of those, 16 disclosed a sale price; the other two were transfers within the same family into a trust and did not include a consideration amount. Among the 16 disclosed sales, prices ranged from $305,000, for a condominium unit on Main Street, to $915,000, for a single-family home on Ridge Road. The median sale price was $531,250.
