Pepperell July Home Sales Range From $320,000 to $999,900

Pepperell recorded 17 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 13 disclosing sale prices ranging from $320,000 to $999,900 and a median of $517,500. The month's top sale was 23 Bacon St., which sold for $999,900 on July 31 to trustees Julie Ann Beaver and Michael Mueck. Eight of the 13 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, five sold under $500,000, and none exceeded $1 million. Four transactions, all involving transfers into family or revocable trusts, did not disclose a price. Bacon Street and Brookline Street each saw two sales during the period.
