Pepperell Conservation Commission Approves Sartell Street Duplex Order of Conditions

PEPPERELL — February 15, 2022 — Pepperell Conservation Commission unanimously approves order of conditions for a revised two-family dwelling plan at 11 Sartell Street. At the February 15 meeting, engineer Seth Donahoe of Dillis and Roy presented changes to the project that included elimination of planned garages, a reduced building footprint, and relocation of the structure to a greater setback from the adjacent wetland resource area, along with a proposed continuous strip of native vegetation and stormwater infiltration systems. Commission member Pat Rice flagged the town's invasive and native plant advisory committee as a resource for plant sourcing, and Donahoe agreed to follow up with committee chair Deb Fountain. The commission also authorized a $594 payment to Beaver Solutions for two Beaver Deceivers, and commission administrator Paula noted the town is receiving $33.6 million in American Recovery Plan Act funding, with a public survey open on spending priorities. The Sartell Street project still requires a Planning Board special permit before it can proceed.
